Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last item of the footwear order.
Important Note – No Custom or Pre-Order Products
All footwear sold through our website is ready-made, in-stock merchandise. We do not offer custom-made, personalized, or pre-order products. Consequently, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies in full to all purchases, and no exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications is applicable.
How to Exercise the Right

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you. As we provide free standard delivery on all orders, the amount to be refunded will equal the full price paid for the goods. Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the footwear back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the Shoes
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the footwear.
Condition of the Goods and Liability for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. To inspect the footwear, you may carefully try on the shoes indoors on a clean, soft surface, exactly as you would in a physical store. We kindly ask you to avoid creasing the upper, bending the sole excessively, or causing any scuff marks. All shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box (with the shoe box placed inside an outer shipping carton; do not attach shipping labels directly to the shoe box), with all original accessories such as dust bags and inserts.
