Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders of ready-made, in-stock women's footwear from Custom Made Fitted Bespoke Shoes. We are pleased to offer free Standard Shoe Delivery to the eligible destinations listed below.

1. Processing Time

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM(CST). All shoes are in-stock and ready to ship; there is no custom production or pre-order waiting period. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after the 5:00 PM(CST) cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak sales seasons, or due to payment verification, address validation, inventory reconciliation, carrier service disruptions, customs documentation review, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information once the order is dispatched.

2. Eligible Destinations & Address Restrictions

We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses in the following countries/regions, provided that shipping is indicated as available at checkout:

United States
France
Italy
Mexico
Colombia
Belgium
Germany
Spain

The availability of shipping services may vary depending on the specific product, delivery address, product dimensions, carrier limitations, customs requirements, and local delivery restrictions.

Unless explicitly offered as an option at checkout, we do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO military addresses
Freight forwarders
Hotels or other temporary addresses
Incomplete or unverified addresses

If your country, region, or address type is not selectable during the checkout process, we are unfortunately unable to deliver the order to that location at this time.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped via our Standard Shoe Delivery service.

United States – Standard Shoe Delivery, 5-8 Business Days, Free
EU (France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Spain) – Standard Shoe Delivery, 7-14 Business Days, Free
Mexico – Standard Shoe Delivery, 10-20 Business Days, Free
Colombia – Standard Shoe Delivery, 10-20 Business Days, Free

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, and peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all international orders (EU, Mexico, Colombia), any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict their amount. Please consult your local customs authority for details.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to claim the parcel, we will deduct any return shipping costs and associated fees incurred by us from the refund amount.
